Stampin' Up Class

Tonight Kylie, Dee, Sharon and myself attended a "Tecnnique of the Month "class, taught by Janice Spencer. We all made a little Tote bag and created five cards that can go into the bag! All using cardstock and co-ordinating patterned papers! Makes a great gift!

Sunrise

Sunrise over our front paddock at 5am this morning! Not normally up this early, but Daniel decided to get up and go fishing on his baot, so woke us up, hence capturing the picture!!

Maddie's Layout

Our friend Jill Maitland has started coming to our scrap and stitch group regularly on a Friday, so hopefully we will start seeing some of her scrapbooking on the blog!!!

LAST NIGHT'S SCRAP NIGHT

Our scrap night last night was a fun with Kylie and Bel staying 'til after midnight before heading home and Linda and Dee having a sleepover!!! We headed to bed approx 2am.
This morning we were up by 8am, had brekkie and are back into it now. Will put some layouts on the blog today!

PJ Party

We are having a PJ PARTY/ SLEEPOVER tonight, at Dee's! Like a mini Retreat - we are going to scrapbook, cross-stitch or what ever takes our fancy, enjoying each others company, dinner, wine, chat etc.

Hyden Retreat

Well it's just four days to the Hyden Scrapbooking Retreat! Dee, Kylie and myself are off again and so much looking forward to it! Unfortunately Bel isn't coming this time, but she has just finished attending another scrap Retreat in Perth, so we are looking forward to hearing and seeing what see got up to!

Cricket Award

Daniel attended the Esperance Cricket Association Wind-Up and presentations evening last Friday and was awarded the "A" grade "Bowling Average" trophy! Quite a proud moment!

Mietta - 19 months old

SCRAP NIGHT

Last Friday our scrap/patch group met and decided to continue on into the night! It ended up being a "Scrap 'til Midnight" evening! We had takeaway tea from the Tavern - fish 'n chips. Ladies that were able to come for part or the full day were - Jillian, Emily, Rose, Dee, Linda and Belinda. As it was also the start of basketball we had a few people popping in to visit us and have a look at what we were doing!!! A GREAT NIGHT, and HOPE TO DO IT AGAIN ONE DAY, probably after harvest!

A Few Photos from Our Trip

After fighting with the laptop this morning to get some photos to upload, please find some photos of what we have seen or done on the trip so far!
We are in Broome for about five days at the moment! We have booked in to do some tours eg. Pearl farm tour, Cape Leveque trip in a 4wd safari thing and a camel ride. Also do a few local things and visit Malcolm Douglas's Crocodile park and go down to Gantheaume Point to look at the dinosaur fossil footprints!
Each night we plan to check out the beautiful sunsets!!!

We're Off To Ravy!

Three of us (Dee, Kylie and Linda) from our Condi Scrapping group are off to Ravy on Saturday for a day off scrapping! Karen has sent through our requirements and we are going to complete two "3D Effects" layouts. So we girls are busy organising the photos we need. Should be a good day! Watch this space for some samples of what we achieve

Surprise Gift Voucher

What a surprise I received when collecting the mail yesterday from town! In it was a letter from the Esperance Agricultural Society, saying that I had won an overall prize for the Scrapbooking section of the show this year. A voucher for "Most Points", donated by Create and See!
It Made My Day - as I wasn't having a good day to start with!
Can't wait to use it!

Belinda's Clock

Just love the way your 'Beyond The Page' scrapbooked CLOCK has come together. I'll have to have a go at one myself soon, when I get up to date with the housework!! NO, BLOW THE HOUSEWORK!!!! Scrapping here I come!
